ဘဝဆိုတဲ့ ေက်ာင္း

( ၁ ) သင္ဟာခႏၶာတစ္ခုကိုရမယ္။ အဲဒီခႏၶာကိုယ္ကို သင္ၾကိဳက္ခ်င္လည္းၾကိဳက္မယ္။ မုန္းခ်င္လည္းမုန္းမယ္။
ဒါေပမယ့္ဒီဘ၀အတြက္ေတာ့ ဒီခႏၶာကိုယ္ဟာ သင့္ခႏၶာကိုယ္ပဲ။

( ၂ ) ေရာက္သြားတဲ့ဘ၀မွာသင္ဟာ၊ သင္ခန္းစာေတြအမ်ားၾကီး ဆည္းပူးရလိမ့္မယ္။ ဘ၀လို.ေခၚတဲ့ သင္ရိုးသတ္မွတ္ ခ်က္မရွိတဲ့၊ အခ်ိန္ျပည့္ေက်ာင္းၾကီးမွာ၊ သင့္ကို စာရင္းသြင္းထားျပီ။ ဒီေက်ာင္းမွာေန.စဥ္ပဲ သင့္ဘ၀အတြက္၊ သင္ခန္းစာေတြ ဆည္းပူးခြင့္ရလိမ့္မယ္။ ဒီသင္ခန္းစာေတြကို၊ သင္သေဘာက်ခ်င္လည္းက်မယ္။ အေရးမပါဘူးလို. ထင္ခ်င္လည္းထင္မယ္။ အဓိပၸါယ္မရွိဘူးလို.ထင္ခ်င္လည္းထင္မယ္။

( ၃ ) အမွားမရွိပါဘူး။သင္ခန္းစာေတြခ်ည္းပါပဲ။ လုပ္ၾကည့္ရင္းမွားမွန္းသိရင္း၊ ျပင္လိုက္ရင္းနဲ.ပဲ၊ ဥာဏ္ပညာၾကီးတဲ့သူျဖစ္လာတာပဲ။ မေအာင္ျမင္တဲ့စမ္းသပ္မွဳဟာ၊ ေအာင္ျမင္တဲ့စမ္းသပ္မွဳလိုပဲ၊ အသိဥာဏ္ၾကီးပြားမွဳကို အေထာက္အကူျပဳပါတယ္။

( ၄ ) သင္ခန္းစာတစ္ခုကိုမေက်ညက္ရင္၊အဲဒီသင္ခန္းစာပဲထပ္ေတြ.ရမယ္။ သင္ခန္းစာမရမခ်င္းဒီသင္ခန္းစာရမယ့္အေျခအေနကိုပံုစံအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးနဲ. ထပ္ေတြ.ရမယ္။ သင္ခန္းစာတစ္ခုကိုေသေသခ်ာခ်ာနားလည္သြားျပီ။ သေဘာေပါက္
သြားျပီဆိုရင္၊ ေနာက္သင္ခန္းစာတစ္ခုကိုတက္ရျပီ။

( 5 ) ပညာသင္တာဟာအဆံုးမရွိဘူး။ဘ၀မွာသင္ခန္းစာယူစရာမရွိတဲ့အခ်ိန္အခါ၊ အသက္အရြယ္၊ အပိုင္းအျခား
ဆိုတာမရွိပါဘူး။ အသက္ရွင္ေနရင္၊ သင္ခန္းစာယူစရာေတြရွိေနေသးတာပဲ။

( 6 ) ဟိုေနရာဟာ၊ ဒီေနရာထက္ပိုမေကာင္းဘူး။ (အနာဂတ္ဟာပစၥဳပၸန္ထက္၊ ပိုမေကာင္းဘူး) သင္ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ေနတဲ့ အနာဂတ္ဟာ၊ ပစၥဳပၸန္ျဖစ္လာတဲ့အခါ၊ သင့္မွာအဲဒီပစၥဳပၸန္ထက္၊ ပိုေကာင္းတယ္လို.ထင္ရတဲ့၊ ေနာက္ထပ္အနာဂတ္တစ္ ခုရဦးမွာပဲ။

( ၇ ) သူတစ္ပါးဟာသင့္ရဲ့မွန္ေတြပါပဲ။ ကိုယ့္မွာရွိေနတဲ့ခ်စ္စရာေကာင္းတဲ့အခ်က္ေတြ၊ မုန္းစရာေကာင္းတဲ့အခ်က္ေတြကိုကိုေရာင္ျပန္ထင္ဟပ္မွဳမပါပဲနဲ.၊ သူတစ္ပါးကို ခ်စ္လို.မုန္းလို.မရဘူး။

( ၈ ) သင့္ဘ၀ကိုသင္ဘယ္လိုလုပ္တယ္ဆိုတာ၊ သင့္အေပၚမွာပဲမူတည္ပါတယ္။ သင့္မွာလိုအပ္တဲ့လက္နက္ကိရိယာနဲ.ပစၥည္းေတြရွိေနပါတယ္။ အရည္အခ်င္း ေတြရွိေနပါတယ္။ အဲဒီလက္နက္ကိရိယာနဲ.ပစၥည္းေတြ၊ အရည္အခ်င္းေတြကို သင္ဘယ္လိုအသံုးျပဳသလဲဆိုတာ၊ သင့္ေပၚမွာပဲမူတည္ပါတယ္။ သင္ၾကိဳက္တာ ေရြးခ်ယ္ခြင့္ရွိတယ္။

( ၉ ) သင့္အတြက္အေျဖဟာ၊ သင့္စိတ္အတြင္းထဲမွာရွိတယ္။ သင့္ဘ၀နဲ.ပတ္သတ္တဲ့ ေမးခြန္းေတြရဲ့အေျဖဟာသင့္ အတြင္းမွာပဲရွိပါတယ္။ လုပ္ဖို.လိုတာကေတာ ့ဥာဏ္နဲ.ၾကည့္ဖို.၊ နားေထာင္ဖို.နဲ.ယံုၾကည္မွဳရွိဖို.ပါပဲ။

( ၁၀ ) ခုလိုမွာလိုက္တာကိုသင္ေမ့သြားလိမ့္မယ္။

Informal School Called Life

1.You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it but it will be yours
for the entire period this time around.

2.You will learn lessons.You are enrolled in a full time informal school called
life.Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons.
You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant or stupid.

3.There are no mistakes,only lessons.Growth is a process of trail and error,
experimentation.The failed experiments are as much a part of the process
as the experiments that ultimately works.


4.A lesson is repeated until learned.A lesson will be presented to your in various forms until you have learned it.When you have learned it you can then go on to the next lesson.

5.Learning lessons does not end.There is no part of life alive there are lessons to be
learned.

6.'There' is no better than 'here'.When your 'there' has become a 'here' you will simply obtain another 'there' that will again look better than 'here'.

7.Others are merely mirrors of you.You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate in yourself.

8.What you make of your life up to you.You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you.The choice is yours.

9.Your answers lie inside you.The answers to your life 's questions lie inside you. All you need to do is look,listen and trust.
